A D-Bus-activatable helper service allowing sandboxed applications to launch URLs on the host where it's installed.
This was originally developed by Canonical, Ltd. for Snaps as snapd-xdg-open, but has been abandoned.
Thus, this has been forked into Project Atomic for general use with desktop applications being sandboxed by generic unprivileged sandboxing tools (e.g. Bubblewrap).
