We have discussed in general the redesign of the badges website as it is outdated and could use some ~fanciness~. At Flock 2019, we spent some time looking into the current design at a Badges hackfest. @renata put together the attached document as an output from that research.

If anyone wants to take a look and provide some feedback or thoughts, please do. Hopefully we are able to progress work on this at an upcoming badges hackfest!
