Add destination path for log directory where repo is created

repo-fetch role returns repo url. Including repo path will allow
to use rsync to download the rpm repo folder rather then http.

I think a job cannot access the executor context (the log_root for instance) of another job. To share artifacts between jobs we need an external place that is the log server.
