This PR includes various changes to cleanup minor issues raised by my previous patches:

  • fixup for comps-sync.py & blacklist
  • remove some duplicated options in split treefiles
  • re-add some missing packages

The Silverblue & XFCE variant are building. I cannot test the KDE version right now due to a packaging bug in xdg-desktop-portal-kde (xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.3-6.fc29 not yet in repos).

Awesome, well commented commit series. LGTM!
