silverblue: Move background & logo packages to fedora manifest

  • desktop-backgrounds-gnome: Fedora specific config to set the default
    wallpaper
  • gnome-shell-extension-background-logo: GNOME Shell extension to
    include the (Fedora) logo on top of the background

silverblue: Replace evince with papers

Evince has been replaced with Papers for F43.
