Skip Third Party Software page in GNOME Initial Setup as it currently
does not work.

Users will be offered the option to enable third party repositories
again the first time they open GNOME Software.

manifests: Remove cinnamon, lxqt, mate & xfce variants

I added those variants a while back but they did not find a maintainer
to turn them into official ones.

They can be re-introduced if someone steps up to maintain them.

I've confirmed that this workaround works as expected with the latest Rawhide Silverblue ISO from today.
