Skip Third Party Software page in GNOME Initial Setup as it currently
does not work.

Users will be offered the option to enable third party repositories
again the first time they open GNOME Software.

Failed on comps-sync for a variant that we do not build. I will remove those in a future commit to reduce the noise here.

Ah yes indeed, I'll do that for F43 only. F42 won't benefit from it as we don't re-generate the ISOs.
