justfile: Remove set -x from common interactive commands

For those commands, the -x output is mostly noise.

Budgie deps failures:

 Problem 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libgoa-backend-1.0.so.1()(64bit) needed by budgie-control-center-1.3.0-1.fc39.x86_64 from fedora-rawhide
 Problem 2: package budgie-desktop-defaults-0.5.1-3.fc40.noarch from fedora-rawhide requires budgie-desktop, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package budgie-desktop-10.9.1-1.fc40.i686 from fedora-rawhide requires budgie-control-center, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package budgie-desktop-10.9.1-1.fc40.x86_64 from fedora-rawhide requires budgie-control-center, but none of the providers can be installed

Failure is independent of this change and I've notified the Budgie folks.

I'll have to backport the sync commit to F40 so I'm going to merge this over red CI.
