#47 Enable support for pcscd "out of box"

By default opensc and pcsc were not enabled. These need to be
installed and enabled for PIV smartcard authentication to work
with IPA or others. pcscd.socket is a dynamically activated
local server, so safe to activate by default as it will only run
when a CCID device is present.

Thanks for the PR! As I replied on list, I'm not opposed to this inherently, but these also pkglayer fine (as I use them), and I think we need to have a big picture conversation:

  • To what degree should we match traditional workstation?
  • How much package layering is required for different people, and what about system containers?

This is just IMO but the pcscd.socket change should live in the systemd presets, not here.

Closing this as it is part of Workstation and thus Silverblue as well.
