Zuul: Run rawhide checks in a rawhide container

Zuul: Import justfile and use it for compose test (Silverblue only)

Test composing Silverblue for all PRs. We don't compose all variants yet
as some fail in the Zuul infrastructure for an unknown reason.

We use a justfile to centralize the scripts.

Hum, both failed right after the mdadm scriplet, and one of the next one is the SELinux one from the Silverblue log.

Not sure what the issue is. This works elsewhere so this looks like an issue related to how this is run in Zuul.

Damned it's slow :confused:

OK, I'll update this one to only build the base image instead. It should be faster (around 15 minutes). This is not really a representative test but that will give us a basic build test.
