Download 273.patch

Keep the CNI networking stack for compatibility with containers created
before podman v4. Also include the new network stack explicitely until
we drop the CNI plugins.

LGTM - though some of the context might be useful in the future for determining when you can drop something. For example this is what we have in FCOS:

As I've commented in the GitHub issue, I'm in favor of not merging this PR and rather ask the affected users to overlay the packages.
