#118 Missing GL packages

Looking at a current silverblue install there seems to be some important things missing.
There is no libglvnd-opengl, (i.e libOpenGL.so.0) which is supposed to be the new modern OpenGL ABI. I think this is not picked up because lots of GL things pick it up using dlopen.

There is also no libva, libvdpau, libva-vdpau-driver which i think a bunch of stuff wants for accelerated video playback, no?

In general the model we've been using so far is that stuff like this should come from https://pagure.io/fedora-comps to ensure that Workstation has it too.
