Fedora is starting to get stricter about this, including a new Taskotron check which complains about requirements onto the deprecated python-* name.

Unfortunately it means we need a huge %if %else for EPEL.

Ahh not quite... it's still python-sqlalchemy no python2-sqlalchemy on F25, sigh.
