For greenwave testing we're currently having to run sed on the waiverdb ophenshift template to configure these. With this PR the number of replicas and the target ResultsDB server are configurable via parameters.

Ah, set the default here to be https://taskotron.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/api/v2.0 please.

We'll use the resultsdb-api.engineering one though in the greenwave template.

I see now that you copied the value here from below.
