Reopen Issue

When a pagure issue gets created, the same issue gets automatically created in Jira. But… when the issue in pagure gets solved, the Jira issue doesn’t get closed, that is true also for the opposite.
Can we automate that?

This would really help to keep the backlog cleaner.

@mikeb suggested a comment is placed instead of closing the downstream ticket. This might be more desirable because upstream and downstream tickets have different lifecycles.

Should we close the upstream ticket when the PR gets merged or when we release the change? That always confuses me...

Well.. if you reference the issue in commit message, it'll get automatically closed once merged.
