Looking at sync2jira logs is hard, it is just filled with a bunch of 'WARNING' logs. I'm not sure if it's possible to get rid of this, but we should overhaul the logging done so we can track down bugs easier.

PR #124 attempts to deal with this issue.

PR has been merged and issue resolved.
