This extends the functionality of the standard-inventory-rpm dynamic inventory provider to identify and configure RPM repositories supplied as test subjects. It is the dynamic inventory equivalent of the current standard-test-repo role.

Note: I will update the standard-test-roles README.md and the standard test interface spec to reflect the new functionality as soon as a fresh release of the package is in the updates pipeline...
