for example, bumping the gecko-libs BuildRequires in Miro from 1.9.0.4 to 1.9.0.5, changes all instances of 1.9.0.4 including the instances in the %changelog, see this change for an example:

Oops, apparently not a bumpspec problem, but a manual sedding that caillon was doing, closing bug.
