I need a rpmdev-bumpspec that updates the rightmost part of %release. My basic programming and python skills were enough to modify rpmdev-bumpspec to do what I need; find the patch attached. Please consider to apply or tell me how to do it better. tia!

Note: I'm not that familiar with the jpp-specific handling and thus unsure if it does the right thing there.

Applied in [ad1e20a], thanks. I suppose it does the right thing with jpp releases and the jpp specific naming is probably disappearing anyway soon.
