#99 Glade files show flaws

Some of the glade files show flaws, particularly the glade files involved with lm_network, but also lm_usercustomize

Most of the flaws are with the live media stuff. Should we be looking at going back to a single screen for all of these options. I think it might end up being more manageable... and more functional for most end users.
