Steps to Produce:
1. Install F13_x86_64 from DVD into fresh KVM Domain
2. run su -c "yum update" and apply all updates -- as of 2010-07-25
3. run su -c "yum install revisor*"
4. reboot system
5. as Standard User run command "sh /usr/share/revisor/unity/scripts/respin.sh --version f13 --arch x86_64"
6. receive error message for missing packages -- rhpl , jigdo , python-virtinst
7. Running yum install rhpl jigdo python-virtinst returns no package rhpl.
8. Package rhpl has to be installed from koji manually.
