#354 revisor does not work through proxy

revisor does not honor proxy settings in config files at /etc/revisor/conf.d
or in the environment setting
or in package manager proxy settings
or in KDE proxy settings
or in yum.conf settings

revisor will however honor proxy settings if only the central fedora repository (not updates or anaconda updates or anything else special) is selected.

this is the latest version of revisor on f10 i386
