Revisor only adds required packages when using a non-customized kickstart package manifest. Revisor only check dependencies if they have not been already checked.[[BR]]

Add required packages regardless of the way and the conditions the current manifest has been build, and do check dependencies afterwards.

Removed the checks for kickstart manifests, and whether they have been customized. This means we depsolve twice now, if the user "manually" selects packages (it depsolves and returns errors), and after we've added the required packages. Continues in ticket #31 (have an option to depsolve right after "manual" package selection)
