Let's not delete the yum cached files but clean metadata instead

Set default metadata_expire to 15 and not deleting nor complaining about the yum cache directory anymore

It seems that when we delete the metadata we loose the mechanism (metadata_cookie) that is used to calculate if the repo is updated and this causes the application to hang.
