#121 RFE: Move Optional Packages Button to Expose More Groups

If the choice is between being able to see more groups and being able to see more catagories, the groups win. We should either find a much better place for the optional packages button or just have it share space with the category selector.

IMHO, we should lower the textview and create space that way, or move the button to beneath the textview and have it accompany a 'select all' button
