While there is no hard rule about this, could you consider renaming the profile "default" to something like "common" (or a profile name that is module-specific)?

We've discovered from user feedback that using the literal name "default" here is confusing, particularly in cases where the profile exists but a default object hasn't been set.

We're going to be updating the documentation soon to discourage this naming.
