Set avocado:52lts as default.
Add default profiles for all avocado streams.

Similar to what is noted in https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-module-defaults/pull-request/107#comment-87601, the reported CI failure for this PR appears to be the result of a merge conflict--but it's really a problem with the CI tests. The tests are attempting to merge this change into the master branch rather than the f28 branch, and that does indeed result in a merge conflict with numerous files.

Unfortunately, it appears this PR for f28 has gone obsolete...

Fedora 28 is EOL'd, closing this as its not required anymore.
