looks like oz a time-out issue here While digging into the looks (https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/Fedora-Rawhide-20230627.n.2/logs/aarch64-ppc64le-s390x-x86_64/imagebuild-Container-Container_Minimal_Base-docker.aarch64-ppc64le-s390x-x86_64.log) will refire it it the compose It!
I'm hopefull this commit will fix it: https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/c/e828a78a26910bc7becafc55df7aac436160dfa8?branch=main
