#91 Update MIRRORMANAGER default XML-RPC endpoint

The mirrormanager XML-RPC endpoint moved away from
admin.fedoraproject.org to its own hostname. Update the
default in this script to use that instead.

Fixes issue #90.

I can't believe this PR is still pending after 6 months. It took me days to figure out why my checkin wasn't working. No docs online mentioning the change, official source repo still has the old URL that technically exists but always times out with '503 Service Unavailable'... sheesh. I had no idea whether I'd done something wrong or the service was really down. Someone please merge this important fix or at least document the necessary configuration change somewhere conspicuous!
