The file lists are necessarily not in the file lists. Fedora has three such file lists, which must be passed to rsync directly in order to have them transferred:
* fullfiletimelist-$module
* fullfilelist
* imagelist-$module

These should be configurable instead of hardcoded in case some other project wants to use qfm and doesn't use the same layout.
