It would be useful to be able ask for the transfer of just a set of matched files. Not the same as filtering, but in the case that you believe some part of the tree tree is messed up somehow and needs to be re-checked. For example, if rawhide was re-signed and you want to make sure you have it all downloaded.

• --refresh - Attempt a refresh of just the matched files. Takes a pattern which is passed to grep.
• Grep the given pattern out of all file lists and use that as master-transferlist. Perform no deletion or checkin.
