#173 Fedora-Atomic in fedora.conf, fedora-atomic.conf and fedora-cloud.conf
Closed: Fixed by dustymabe. Opened by walters.

In git master- which of these is canonical?

The reason I'm asking this is right now we have fedora/rawhide/x86_64/docker-host in the f26 ostree repo, and I'd like to fix that, but I'm not sure where it's coming from of these 3 things.

git master == rawhide. From what I understand only fedora.conf is used. The explanation I was given is that the others are there so that releng "doesn't forget to copy them" when they branch.

fedora.conf is used for nightly branched composes, fedora-atomic.conf will be used when we swith to doing atomic only composes at GA time.

and as @dustymabe says master is used for rawhide and only fedora.conf is used there.

Can someone add comments to that effect to the top of the files?

@ausil or @dustymabe what is fedora-cloud.conf used for?

@kellin, I think that file is used to build new cloud VM disk images nightly once a major release is out. i.e. we build fedora 25 cloud VM images every night. See https://pagure.io/releng/issue/6606.

Fedora Atomic Host is no more I think we should close this.
