We're trying to increase the visibility of issues/PRs on the quick-docs repos. An easy way of doing this is to also send notifications of tickets to discussion.fp.o where folks that may have the knowledge and inclination to help out may see them.

We discussed it here and think it'll be great if the bot that posts council tickets to discussion could also please post tickets/prs from the quick-docs repo to discussion?
