Modified pagure-importer to add support for fedorahosted. This is a starting point, just setting the basic to use the RPC API of fedorahosted.

With the status of master branch itself being not the best, if feel it would be better if we develop the trac importer in a separate branch and then merge later on. I have created a separate branch for it already.
