PR#14: Merge trac with master -

I don't see a point in keeping it separate, now.

I have done some rework on the cli, just need to make sure that the github import still works. I have not tested it for a while

@Vivek I have create a new PR (https://pagure.io/pagure-importer/pull-request/16) with the changes for github to work :)

I have also update the setup.py to version 1.0.0.
