I fine with providing a PR but for that I need to understand this project's objective what this project is trying to achieve, its scope and what has been implemented till date, once I get an idea about this I can write something.

I think you are right the project description lacks a bit of information. I ll update the README to make clearer what this tool is trying to achieve .
