Reopen Issue

During the migration, at least the following pieces of information don't get migrated:
- Component field
- Field change history ("Milestone changed from Backlog to 1.1")
- Priority
- Ticket type (task/defect/improvement/...)
- Version

There is probably more information that doesn't get migrated, but these are the first few that I hit.

At least the component information has been discussed in issue #106.

Perhaps #122 will fix this.
