#79 Provide feedback when monitoring status changed successfully

Currently if the monitoring status changed (via ajax) is successful, we change the drop-down and its icon but it's not very clear.
From the thread on the devel list it appears that it would be good to give a little more feedback that the action was completed successfully.

We should work on a system-wide reusable front side feedbacking system on upstream pagure and use it here and on many other parts :)

It does bot have to be a complex system to start, we could just generate flask-like flash messages with javascript to start and evolve
