- removes pdc from dist_git_auth.py

Now working on removing pdc calls from plugin.py

PDC query removed also from plugin.py, it's part of the same PR#164.

I thought I already did that. But nope. The build is moved from stg to regular infra tag. Going to update it once the repo task is finished.

Ok, the package is ready for update, but I am hesitant to update it this close to mass rebuild. Yes, we tested it in stg but, I would be much happier to do the actual update after the rebuild is finished or at least all the rebuild commits have landed.
