This does some basic cleanup to the Haskell guidelines. The bulk is adding semantic linebreaks everywhere, but (in separate commits) I also split the example specfiles out to the examples directory and fixed four instances where an RPM macro wasn't shown in monospace.

This seems fine to merge, but tibbs wants to check some things so I'll leave it to him to do it.
