Haskell shared libraries currently cause many unused-direct-shlib-dependency rpmlint errors

rebased onto afb868b0ef88f5fad63bd4a131fcdcb59dbf2ec4

Normally I'd ask for semantic linebreaks, but it appears that document hasn't received that treatment yet. I'm surprised because I thought I had done it long ago, but I guess I didn't get to everything. I'll merge this and then try to work on a PR to clean things up.
