The gap-rpm-macros package is present in all currently supported Fedora releases. Add it to the list of base packages in the guidelines.
I have just done an upgrade of gap to version 4.13.0, and rebuilt all of its packages. As part of that work, from Fedora 40 on, the gap packages will use ExcludeArch to exclude 32-bit x86, rather than the ExclusiveArch form in the current Guidelines. I think the entire Architecture section should be removed. As a practical matter, since no i386 gap build is available, all consuming packages must also avoid i386. I don't think the Guidelines need to say anything about it.
