Sorry for the noisy diff.

The only substantial changes (new content) are between the new == Architecture support heading and the existing == Package naming heading.
The other changes are only reformatted long lines that are leftovers from the Wiki conversion, and fixes for a few grammar mistakes (missing "a" or "the", missing commas, missing periods).

I also added last-reviewed metadata to the page, because this appears to be the first time the page was reviewed after being imported from the Wiki.
Either way, it would probably be good to have somebody who still does Java packaging review if the current guidelines are still up-to-date.

I'm happy to ack this because I'm glad someone is cleaning it up. But sadly it's really hard to actually review it because the line wrapping is not in a separate commit. That makes it really difficult to find the non-whitespace changes.

Yeah, sorry about that ... I should have cleaned up the formatting and grammar in a separate commit, but at that point I had already written the new paragraph.

Cleaning it up to make it two commits isn't hard, since the substantial change is only adding one paragraph. I'll do that right now.

Is it just the architecture support section and the slight rewrite above it? The problem is that the original lines are just so long and the horizontal scrollbar is off the bottom of the screen that it's hard to tell just how much comes from the wrapped lines.
