The updated Python packaging guidelines have a typo in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Provides section.

The ''(but see the %python_provide macro below)'' has broken ''code'' markup. The opening ''code'' element should not contain the slash.

This seems like a trivial thing for tibbs/someone to just change.
