Per http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/packaging/2012-September/008672.html the commit to change icon scriptlets to use gtk-update-icon-cache -f seems wrong, it removes our optimiations of using 'touch'' and putting gtk-update-icon-cache into %postrans.

I'd suggest simply removing the -f there, to get back what we had previously.

removing the -f passed at today's FPC meeting:
