On behalf of Design Team, I would like to get an exemption for f43-backgrounds, a critical package containing the default backgrounds for Fedora 43. The spec file remains unchanged from f42-backgrounds other than different name and release. Also see https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/77880

+1 but we need to fix whatever documentation needs to change so folks don't keep thinking they need to ask us for this exception. We've granted it so long ago that I've lost track.

If I can dig up the time today I will file a PR.

With https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/pull-request/1480 merged ... can just close this as not needed now.
