Since https://lists.fedorahosted.org/archives/list/python-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/4Z7QWA5WDENAQJDH3O2HOM2UTBYPYNU5/ it is not necessary to always list license files as %license explicitly in the spec file.

I've opened this issue as a reminder that the guidelines need to be adjusted.
