Hey folks,

This is a request to add pragyan-poudyal (https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/pragyan-poudyal/) to the packager group.

Pragyan is a colleague at Red Hat and he'll help us maintain the packages for Fedora CoreOS, notably bootupd.

I'll be responsible as a mentor. I'm a sponsor for the coreos-sig group which regroups all CoreOS package maintainers: https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/coreos-sig/.
