I am requesting sponsorship for tmds.

I am an owner/maintainer of several packages in Fedora. Tom (tmds) has agreed to help me out by co-maintaining them, including covering for me if I am out.

I am happy to mentor Tom.

Can you please add him to the packager group?

Anyhow, done, they are in the packager group now. Please have them logout and back on to reflect the new group membership.
