I don't understand what you are asking for here. If you wish to package the game, you don't need anyone's permission to do so. Just go ahead and do it, then open your review ticket. If you need space to place your srpm and spec file during the review, we can of course help you but there's no indication that's what you're asking for.

Sorry for not understanding. I've added you to a group which should give you access to fedorapeople. You should be able to set up your space as documented by http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/fedorapeople.org.
